The Crown of Thorns was venerated in Constantinople and obtained from Baldwin II
He would remove a thorn from the crown and give them as gifts to people who married into the family
The Crown of Thorns was later moved to the Cathedral of Notre Dame (Photo 3)
The Crown of Thorns is only available for public viewing on Good Friday!
St. Louis is the patron saint of the Third Order of St. Francis
